By accessing or using any services provided by NUBEX CLOUD ("NUBEX", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

NUBEX provides a variety of cloud computing services, including but not limited to Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), public cloud, private cloud, hybrid cloud, edge computing, and AI model services (collectively, "Services"). Specific terms may apply to certain Services, which will be provided to you at the time of subscription or use.

3. Account Registration

To access certain Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for any data, content, or materials you transmit, store, or process using the Services ("Your Content").

Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: engaging in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent; violating the rights of others; distributing malware or other malicious code; interfering with the operation of the Services or the networks connected to them.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for Services will be specified at the time of purchase or subscription. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the payment terms. NUBEX reserves the right to change its fees and payment terms at any time, with notice to you.

6. Term and Termination

These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either you or NUBEX. You may terminate your account and these Terms at any time by following the procedures specified by NUBEX. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. NUBEX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NUBEX, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NUBEX and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Specify Jurisdiction, e.g., Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), UAE], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms
